Admission Policies:-
ü All documentation must be
provided during registration.
ü Registration fees & 1st
month fee must be paid on the registration day.
ü Fees once paid are nonrefundable
and nontransferable.
ü No refunds or reductions will
be given in case of absence, illness or vacations of the child.
ü All fees are due to be paid
before the end of the current month for the following month and skipping of 2 months
continuously will result in cancellation of the registration.
ü The school only accepts cheque
or cash payment.
ü In case if you no longer require our service,you must be inform us 1 month earlier.
ü We do not accept responsibility
for any accidental loss or damage of valuable items children bring to the
nursery.
ü Child’s photograph may be used
in any nursery brochures, advertising or publications.
ü Nursery is not responsible for
any illness, accidents or injury during field trips or on nursery premises.
ü The management decisions are final.
Illness Policies:-
Parents are strongly requested to keep their children at home or to inform us if they have any infection so that we can alert other parents appropriately and make careful observations of any child who seems unwell.
If your child should require emergency treatment on or off the
premises whilst in our nursery care, we will presume permission to treat as
appropriate and nursery may call any available physician to examine.
Children with the following conditions are not allowed to attend
the nursery.
ü Diarrhoea and/or vomiting.
ü Doubtful rash
ü Conjunctivitis
ü Infectious illness – for
example chicken-pox, mumps or measles.
ü Fever or temperature of 101
degrees
ü Fahrenheit or 38 degrees
centigrade or over.
Parents are asked not to bring
into nursery any child who has been vomiting or had diarrhoea until at least 48
hours has elapsed since the last attack. If a child arrives at smart kids
nursery before the 48 hour period-up they will be refused admission.
